Powder coating operator — Odo Otin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Odo Otin, Osun State. The job is in a busy paint shop. On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₦120,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
