Now hiring: final inspection operator (New Jersey)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Somerset County, New Jersey. You will work at a food processing unit. Your main tasks: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
