Urgent requirement: bread baker (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Missaukee County, Michigan. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
