Fry cook — Navajo County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Navajo County, Arizona. Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 4+ years on the tools preferred.
