Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation worker in Davison County, South Dakota. The role involves torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
