Render and set plasterer • Carter County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Carter County, Missouri. You will work on a busy domestic building site. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel You will dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat.
