The role involves: • Drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules • Load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes • Maintain the vehicle logbook and record opening and closing mileage • Handle cash on delivery and reconcile the day's collections • Park and reverse safely in tight loading bays and narrow lanes • Carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights You should have: • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and overtime • Familiarity with basic vehicle checks and maintenance Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
