Commis chef • Logan County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Logan County, Kentucky. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
