Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welder in Adair County, Kentucky. The job is on a structural steel site. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding You will TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
