Grill cook — Lorain County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Lorain County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
