Trainee butcher — Pope County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Pope County, Arkansas. You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
