Press operator — Heard County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press operator in Heard County, Georgia. You will be based in a sheet metal stamping unit. You should have: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred On the job you will handle: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
