Requirements: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage The role involves: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels Rotating shifts.
