We are recruiting: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Highlands County, Florida. You will insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge. Requirements: • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
