Bread baker — Winston County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Winston County, Mississippi. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
