Your main tasks: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
