Bakery assistant — Borsari

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Borsari, Yobe State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Part-time with flexible hours.
