Electrostatic spray painter — DeKalb County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in DeKalb County, Indiana. You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
