Great opportunity: concrete pump mate (Borno State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Askira-Uba, Borno State. You will be based at a ready-mix concrete plant. The role involves: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers 1+ years on the tools preferred.
