Vacancy available: we are hiring a presser in Maverick County, Texas. The job is at a dry cleaner's. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Day-to-day duties: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Give each garment a final press before packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
