Vacancy available: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in City of Danville, Virginia. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. The role involves fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity. You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
