Powder coating operator — Falkirk

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Falkirk, Scotland. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
