Requirements: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Physically fit and comfortable working at height On a typical shift you will set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
