The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
