Urgent requirement: we are hiring a café server in Madison County, Tennessee. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel You will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests.
