In-process quality controller • Mahnomen County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Mahnomen County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
