Bread and bun maker wanted in Wasagu-Danko

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Wasagu-Danko, Kebbi State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds 1+ years on the tools preferred.
