Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Day to day you will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; sand and fill walls before applying primer; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls.
