Now hiring: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Cayuga County, New York. Day to day you will backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; refuel the machine and record running hours. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
