Great opportunity: lathe programmer-operator (New York)

Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Seneca County, New York. The role involves: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm 3+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
