Heavy equipment operator — Floyd County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Floyd County, Iowa. Requirements: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Day to day you will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
