Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Koochiching County, Minnesota. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service 2+ years on the tools preferred.
