Concrete placer wanted in Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete placer in Jackson County, Iowa. You will be based in a residential housing project. What we are looking for: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Day to day you will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Share your details and we will call you back.
