Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Badagry, Lagos State. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service You will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
