You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required You will season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
