Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator technician in Washington County, Nebraska. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work The role involves carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
