What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
