We are recruiting: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Union County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs What we are looking for: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium 3+ years on the tools preferred.
