Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
