Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Baxter County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Baxter County, Arkansas. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. Day-to-day duties: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
