Requirements: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Day to day you will rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter.
