Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Saint Clair County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes $160 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
