Vacancy available: electronics assembly operator (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Craig County, Virginia. You will be based at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Requirements: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 2+ years on the tools preferred.
