Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Day to day you will fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
