Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Working-at-height certificate an advantage On the job you will handle: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness Full-time, day shift. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
