House painter — New Hanover County

Now hiring: we are hiring a house painter in New Hanover County, North Carolina. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding On the job you will handle: • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
