Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Pershing County, Nevada. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
