We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Greene County, Indiana. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 3+ years on the tools preferred.
