Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
