You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding The role involves fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations.
